Callum Keir

Callum Keir born in Scotland embraces the ethos of traditionally reared and produced foods, He is classically trained, and has worked in Paris and with the Michelin-starred chef Martin Blunos, as well as at Ston Easton Park, north of Shepton Mallet, and at restaurants in Devon and Scotland.

His current restaurant Buckland Tout Saints situated in the stunning Devon South Hams -  has be awarded two AA Rosettes  and has featured as Game-To-Eat’s Restaurant of the month. Buckland Tout Saints showcases the South Hams’s finest seasonal produce. Meat, fish, fruits and vegetables are delivered daily from farm and fishing boat straight to their kitchens to inspire exciting daily menus. The restaurant is situated within the Buckland Tout-Saints luxury country house hotel, surrounded by 41/2 acres of beautiful gardens and woodlands. Callum wants to attract more local people to come in and try the food. He plans to offer light lunches on the terrace and in the cafe at the hotel's spa. And he stresses that the quality and price of the food will be the same throughout the restaurant, the cafe and on the terrace

Callum always ensures that the menu reflect the best quality local produce and seasonal produce where ever possible.
