Lee sits on the Craft Guild of Chefs national committee and is a Craft Guild of Chefs skillery kitchen exhibition manager. He delivers game -to -eat workshops for the Countryside Alliance and has won several Gold Medals at Hotelympia & national salon culinaires. He is a member of the Cookery & Food Association and is involved with promoting local food. Lee mentors young chef students for the prestigious Futurechef competition and is very involved with giving cookery demonstrations at schools, country shows and industry exhibitions throughout the UK.

Lee is a judge for many national food and cookery competitions which include:

National Chef of the Year (judging panel 2008)
Springboard UK Future Chef Restaurant Magazine (best dish awards)
Westminster College (London chef of the year)
Wessex Salon Culinaire
