Simon Whitehead, (Pakefield Ferrets) a local warrener and friend is an established exponent of ferreting and rabbit control and Marie has opened his eyes to the value this delicious meat offers. Marie will be demonstrating 'Cooking with Rabbits' at several of Living Heritage's fairs.
