NewsTv chef Alan Coxon joins the Country Kitchen at HampshireApr 28, 2011Alan Coxon joins Tony Robertson (Game-to-Eat) on stage in the Country Kitchen at Broadlands. Alan "The Food Archaeologist" has established a reputation as one of the world’s favourite TV chefs and presenters, with exceptional culinary talent and an unparalleled knowledge for the earliest origins of ingredients. His dishes have the rare quality of being both stunning, yet easy to recreate at home.
Tony Robertson is one of the key chefs at this year's Living Heritage's Game and Country Fairs - "Food Glorious Food".
Tony has developed thousands of recipes, product promotions and concepts over the years. Along with setting up and running kitchens at events, Tony is a "game-to-eat" chef and is involved in a number of live stage cooking demonstrations to raise awareness about the versatility of game and how it fits into a more 'healthy diet' we are all looking for.
