NewsLiving Heritage launch The Archery VillageFeb 2, 2010Living Heritage launch The Archery Village. The growth in popularity of all the Game & Country Fairs run by Living Heritage owes much to the building of "villages" inside every Fair to capture the best and closest experience of a Country Pursuit. The Falconry Village, The Craft Village, Game-to-Eat (Food Village) have all become firm favourites - and now in conjunction with Field Archery specialists ACA, Living Heritage is launching the first Archery Village at Beale Park Craft & Country Fair on March 6th & 7th. ACA (Adrian Caddy Archery) has been the provider of the Field Archery have-a-go enclosure at all Living Heritage Country Fairs since 2006. This year there will be a bigger 3-D target range where customers can enjoy and learn more while shooting under cover, a range just for youngsters, a shop with archery coach, equipment and advice for all styles, ages and abilities. Founder of ACA Adrian Caddy added to his British Archery qualifications by earning an Advanced Instructor Award with the National Field Archery Association of America in June 2009. He is very keen to bring more people into a safe, sociable and family-friendly pastime;- "Field Archery is a growing passion for so many who started on the have-a-go range with Living Heritage" says Adrian. "ACA has a base in East Sussex open for Coaching, Target and Field shooting, Corporate and Private parties, trying new bows - and above all having FUN". Living Heritage Events Managing Director Mark Hulme anticipates another successful new theme to the increasingly popular Country Fairs. The Archery Village will be at all Fairs throughout 2010.
